What Types of Blinds are Available?

Cellular Shades or Honeycomb Shades
Cellular shades are a great alternative to blinds that louver. They have a varity of opacity options available including blackout features for bedrooms and media rooms. Dont forget to ask about the Top Down Bottom Up feature on these when you go to the Store.

Wood Blinds
Wood Blinds will have louvers like mini blinds. They are typically lighter weight than synthetic blind like faux or composite wood. You can get the louvers in different slat widths for your preference. There are a variety of colors and grain patterns to choose from between products as well.

Faux wood
These are similar looking to wood blinds but are not made of wood. Usually made with plastics or other material and area generally much heavier. Easy to clean and wont warp like wood.

Roman Shades
You can get roman shades in a variety of fabrics and and can even have them custom made if you have your own fabric. They are very stylish but can sometimes be expensive.

Roller Shades
These you can get in a variety of colors and sometimes fabric. They come in blackout for darkening purposes as well.
